Head north on A1079/Ferensway.
Turn left at Queens Road.
At the roundabout, turn left onto Princes Avenue.
Take the 1st right onto Victoria Avenue, continue over the roundabout and towards the end of the road you will find 276 on your right.

From A63:

Head east on A63.
Slight left at Hessle Road (follow signs for City Centre North/Prospect/St Stephens)
Continue onto A1079 then follow the directions above..

From Cottingham:

Head east on Newgate St, go across the roundabout
At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Hull Road
Turn right at Bricknell Avenue
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Chanterlands Avenue
Turn left at Park Avenue
Turn left onto Richmond Street
Turn left onto Victoria Avenue. 276 is towards the end on the right hand side.

The following directions assume you are coming from Hull City Centre.

 

Chanterlands Avenue:  Alight at the bus stop just before the garage, and cross the road to cut through St Ninians Walk.  Turn right onto Victoria Avenue and 276 is the 4th house on the left.

 

Bricknell Avenue:  Alight at the first stop on Bricknell Avenue closest to the roundabout with Chanterlands Avenue.  Cross the road, and walk along Chanterlands Avenue under the railway bridge.  Take the first walkway on the left, St Ninians Walk, and then turn right onto Victoria Avenue.  276 is the 4th house on the left.

 

Princes Avenue:  Alight at the last stop on Princes Avenue before reaching the roundabout with Queens Road.  Take the first left and continue down Victoria Avenue for approximately 1 mile.  276 is on the right hand side 4 doors before the end of the road.

 

Spring Bank West:  Alight at the last stop before you reach the level crossing, and turn right onto Chanterlands Avenue.  Continue along Chanterlands Avenue for approximately 1/2 mile.  Turn right onto St Ninians Walk just before the railway bridge.  Turn right onto Victoria Avenue and 276 is the 4th house on the right.
